Mini Drunken Noodle: Authentic Thai Fusion Dining in Fernandina Beach

Amazing! I had the Panang Curry with big jumbo shrimp and my husband had the crispy pork belly rice bowl (spicy). Huge portions, great service, friendly staff. Love it! Highly recommend!

Very promising. The drunken noodles were exceptional, spicy, sweet, smoky and perfect, couldn’t stop eating them. The green curry was extremely flavorful. Great heat all around. The Thai dumplings were good as well, with a great sauce. The pork belly was really well spiced and a great mix of crispy and meaty, and all the veggies were very fresh. 2 notes. They need to do something about the smell when you walk in. It’s a problem. The chicken quality is also lacking. All other meat was very good (didn’t try fish). Still gave five stars because their flavors are amazing and I’m glad they’re on the island, just a couple kinks to work out.

If you havent tried the Drunken Noodle in St Mary's or here in Fernandina, you are seriously missing out!!! Hands down the best Thai fusion restuarant I've ever tried, let alone in north Florida. Between Drunken Noodle & Mezcal, I don't ever want to cook again.... The crispy duck and panang curry was divine, like holy cow they give you half a duck!!! Their pho is simply out of this world! The service was incredible and we can't wait to go back!

Absolutely Fantastic — A Must-Visit in Fernandina Beach! Mini Drunken Noodle is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and incredibly attentive service. The ambiance struck the perfect balance between cozy and modern, making it the ideal spot for both families and food lovers alike. We ordered a variety of dishes, and every single one was outstanding. The Tom Kha soup was rich, fragrant, and deeply comforting. The Chicken Satay came perfectly grilled with a peanut sauce that was out of this world. Both the Pad Thai and Pad See Ew were flavorful, balanced, and cooked to perfection. The Green Curry was aromatic with just the right level of heat (ask for the chili paste if you want to further customize your heat level), and even the kids noodle dish was enthusiastically approved by the little ones! It’s rare to find a place where every dish shines, but Mini Drunken Noodle absolutely nails it. Delicious food, courteous and attentive staff, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered the sushi, and the wife ordered the fried duck. Sushi is always very fresh, and the duck is very tasty and very authentic. We are never disappointed with the quality of food. Enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was as busy as ever! The new staff had their hands full. This restaurant does not have a bar, so you need to go to the Saint Marys Location to have a drink.

Fabulous! We had the spicy pork belly and the beef and meatball pho Sunday, the sushi and sashimi boat and some octopus sushi. Sonni was a delight of a server! We will 100% be back for the BIG sushi boat

We had an amazing lunch at the Mini Drunken Noodle! We started with the chicken satay, which was perfectly grilled, tender, and full of flavor, with a peanut sauce that was rich and balanced without being too heavy. The crispy pork belly rice bowl was the star of the meal—the pork was beautifully cooked, with a crunchy skin and melt-in-your-mouth inside, paired with rice and fresh toppings that made every bite satisfying. The pho was another standout; the broth was rich, aromatic, and deeply comforting, and the combination of meatball, rib, and beef gave it incredible depth and variety. The portions were generous, the presentation was spot on, and every dish felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Service was warm and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made it a great place to enjoy a hearty, flavorful meal. We’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu!
